1.Routine maintenance measures for reflow furnaces

① Keep the equipment clean and clean it once a week.

② Clean the flux recovery system regularly (lead-free residue is more).

③ Regularly check the operation of equipment chains, racks, motors, fans, etc.

④ Add high-temperature lubricating oil, grease and clean as required at the specified period and location (hot-air motor bearings, plate width adjusting screw, and transmission chain). Lubricant can reduce the friction coefficient between two relative moving contact surfaces and is indispensable for mechanical movement

2.PCB manufacturing reflow soldering requirements for high temperature lubricants

A. Effective lubrication at 280 ℃.

B. Motor bearing grease lubrication cycle is not less than one year.

C. Does not pollute the environment and does not affect the health of PCB manufacturing operators.

D. Does not affect the quality of PCB manufacturing products.

E. Extend equipment life.

F. The flash point temperature of lubricating grease is above 300 ℃, which can reduce the fire hazard.
