Placement machine safety technical operation regulations

1. Non-operators are not allowed to use placement machines.

2.Operators should be familiar with the content of the instruction manual, and strictly operate and maintain the equipment according to its regulations.

3 Must confirm the voltage of 380V, the total air pressure of 6.2kg / cm. When the air pressure of the placement machine is 5.2kg / cm, the main power switch can be turned on. 4. Check the filter daily for water accumulation and drain water if available.

4. Before turning on the main power every day, check that the camera and nozzles are cleaned according to the reference manual. Check and make sure that there are no obstacles on the conveyor belt, within the movement range of the placement head, around the nozzle library, and on the tray rack.

5. When adjusting the width of the guide rails, pull out all the PCB support thimbles. There must be no PCB at the inlet and outlet ends to prevent damage to the guide rails. After adjusting the width of the guide rails, adjust the width of the buffer table guide rails at the same time to make PCB transmission smooth.

6. The inspection device should be in good condition before the installation of the feeder. There is no equipment that is equipped with the feeder floating device. When installing the pneumatic feeder, ensure that the feeder is correctly delivered in place to prevent the placement head from being damaged: after electric feeder is installed, the green light should be on, indicating that the installation was successful. The door should be closed after the tray feeder is installed

7 Before pressing the Start button, make sure that there are no obstacles around the placement head, conveyor belt, feeder library, and tray feeder.

8. Do not open or close the machine cover at will during the startup process: Do not press the mouse or keyboard in advance. Any irregular operation will cause the system to start abnormally.

9. During normal operation, cover the protective cover to operate the machine.

10. When installing the feeder, you must wait for the equipment to completely stop before proceeding. After shutting down the machine over 15s, you can restart the machine. When the machine is not operating normally, immediately press the emergency stop switch.

11. In case of sudden power failure, the equipment should be shut down immediately to prevent personal restart or machine damage due to sudden restart.

12. When shutting down the equipment, first exit the program to turn off the monitor, then turn off the main power, and finally turn off the air supply.

13. Keep the equipment clean and clean it once a week. When the equipment is not in use, cover the cloth.

14. When two people working together , they must be careful and meticulous. They cannot be operated at the same time to prevent equipment and personal injury. No debris is allowed on the equipment work surface.

15. After turning on the main power of the device daily, check whether the switches, ANC, PCB transmission, etc. of the device are normal according to the reference manual.

16. Lubricate all lubricating parts once a month according to the instruction manual
