2. Wearing protective tools

Before proceeding, be sure to prepare for protection. You need to install high-frequency eye protection device to protect the safety of the operator. It is best to wear a pair of glass to protect your eyes.

3. Always wipe the machine shaft and tool with alcohol to remove the PCB dust generated during the panel splitting process and maintain the normal operation of the prototype pcb assembly machine.

4. After operating a certain number of times, it is necessary to smooth the sliding rods and bearings of the splitter and check whether the screws are loose or not.

5. In the operation process of machine , the work bench should be kept clean. It is best not to place other things to avoid damage to the tool and damage to the goods. Although there are electric eyes for maintenance, it is necessary to pay attention to the safe interval between the finger and the tool during the application process.
