According to the flame retardant grade, it can be divided into two types: 94V0 and 94HB.

Halogen-free material: refers to a copper-clad board that does not contain halogen (fluorine, bromine, iodine, etc.) in the material. Because bromine generates toxic gases when burned, it does not meet current environmental requirements, so for some products with high requirements, export PCB boards in the European market have halogen-free requirements.
High Tg material: The so-called Tg value, now the electronic product requires the circuit board to withstand high temperature. At a certain temperature, the circuit board can not be burned, and the medium can be softened. The temperature at this softening is called the glass transition temperature (Tg value). Generally, the circuit board is not specially described, the Tg value is 135 degrees, and the high Tg material is divided into 150 degrees and 170 degrees.
