1, Surface mount components

The online pcb manufacturing installation process depends on the rework process used, such as the heating method, solder type and component package. The general method is as follows:

(1) Place solder (preform solder, wire, solder paste) on the pad.

(2) Place the components and align the component leads with the pads.

(3) Place the solder paste on the lead/pad area if no solder is applied before the component is placed.

(4) Preheat the PCBA and/or components if necessary.

(5) Pre-baking the applied solder paste.

(6) Quickly and controllably make solder joints one by one, in groups, or together welding by maintaining the lead/pad alignment while maintaining the target heating

(7) Take care to avoid thermal or mechanical damage to components, boards, adjacent components and solder joints.

(8) Cleaning and inspection.

2,Through hole components

The through-hole components are very simple to install, and the soldering iron can be soldered one by one regardless of whatever packaged plug-in components.

(1) Insert new components into the board.

(2) Preheat the PCBA and or components if necessary.

(3) Quickly and controllably make the online pcb manufacturing solder joints one by one, in groups or together by focus on heating the target.

(4) Take care to avoid thermal or mechanical damage to components, boards, adjacent components and solder joints.

(5) Cleaning and inspection
