1. Basic requirements for tool using by pcb maker during repair

(1) The electric soldering iron used for manual soldering must be equipped with an anti-static grounding wire. The grounding wire must be reliably grounded during soldering. The grounding end of the anti-static thermostatic soldering iron plug must be reliably connected to the AC power supply protection ground.

(2) The flame iron head shall not have defects such as oxidation, ablation and deformation.


(3) After the soldering iron is placed in the soldering iron bracket, it should be stable and have no tendency to sag. The retaining ring can cover all the hot parts of the soldering iron.


(4) Cleaning sponge on the bracket and add appropriate amount of water to make the sponge moist without dripping.


(5) Tweezers: The port is closed well, and the tip of the tweezers is not twisted or broken.


(6) The tip of the soldering iron is always free of hooks and thorns. The soldering iron tip must not touch the pad. Do not heat it at the same soldering point for a long time. Do not scratch the pad and wire.


(7) It is not allowed to directly heat the soldering end of the chip component and the heel above the component pin during soldering. The soldering time should not exceed 3s, and the soldering time of the same soldering joint should not exceed twice.


(8) When removing the device, the pcb maker should wait until all the pins are completely melted before removing the device to prevent damage to the coplanarity of the device. The flux and solder used must consistent or match the reflow and wave soldering.


(9) Anti-static wrist: the test is qualified, the wrist strap is moderately tight, the metal piece and the wrist skin are well fitted, and the grounding wire is connected reliably.


(10) The soldering iron is tinned for protection when it is used, and it is necessary to turn off the power to prevent burning when not using for a long period, pcb maker must unplug the power after work
