Each placement head is equipped with 2 to 4 vacuum nozzles (earlier models) or 5 to 6 vacuum nozzles (current models). ). Due to the characteristics of the turret, the action is subtle, the nozzle is changed, the feeder is moved in place, components are taken, component identification, angle adjustment, workbench movement (including position adjustment), placement of components actions can be completed in the same time period, so the real high-speed PCB assembly and smt process can be realized. At present, the fastest time period reaches 0.08~0.10S/piece.
This model is superior in speed and suitable for assembly and processing of large quantities of PCB. However, it can only use ribbon packaging components. If it is a dense pin or a large integrated circuit, only pallet packaging cannot be completed.Thus it depends on mutual cooperation of other machine modes.
