Preparation before PCB SMT processing

First, the following preparations must be made before PCB smt processing.

1. Picking (PCB, components) according to the smt processing schedule of the product process documents.

2. For the PCB that has been opened for packaging, clearing and baking according to the opening time and whether it is damp or contaminated.

3. For devices with moisture-proof requirements, check for whether it’s affected by damp , and dehumidify the wetted devices. Checking the humidity display card included in the package after opening. If the humidity is >20° (read at 25±3°C), showing the device has been wetted and the device must be dehumidified before mounting.

Second, the equipment status checking.

1. Check that the air pressure supply must be above 0.MPa.

2. Check that the Feeder must be installed horizontally.

3. Check that the nozzles on the work head must have been placed back on the nozzle station.

4. Check the X axis for no debris.

5. Check that the emergency switch must be in the released state.

6. Check that there can be no foreign objects on the DTS or MTC.

7. Check that the DTS or MTC power supply must be connected to the machine.

Third, the using of the placement machine for the specific steps of the smt

1. Turn on.

2. Turn on the main power supply and the total air supply switch.

3. Turn on the main power switch of the fuselage.

4. The machine automatically enters the on-screen menu, press < ORIGIN button to execute each axis to return to the origin.

Production.

1. Click the prod production menu with the ball marker to enter the PCB program menu.

2. Select the PCB SMT program file to be produced, and then click open> to open the file to enter the production status screen.

3. Then press the green to start production.

4. At the time of production, if you need to stop immediately, press the red STOP button directly to stop production.

5. Press the button to stop production after completing one piece boards production.

Turn off

1. Return the axes of the machine to the origin.

2. Save and exit the production menu, return to the main menu

3. Click thebutton to exit the main menu.

4.  At the machine prompt, press the main power switch of the body to the OF position.

5. Turn off the main power and air pressure switch.
