Printed circuit board quality control
1. Selection of high quality suppliers: World Peace Group, Avnet Group (8 suppliers)
The special material inspection department ensures that the components are from the original brand and can eliminate the defective from the source.
2. Professional quality testing team
Material inspection: The quality of the material determines the life cycle and service life of the PCB. All materials in FASTPCBA can be used in the factory after strict inspection.
Solder Paste Printing Test: Introduced the Korean SPI solder paste detector to detect the height, area, volume and displacement of the tin spot, avoiding problems such as less tin, more tin, missing printing, etc., to ensure the accuracy of solder paste printing.
IPQC check materials: Refer to the engineering drawings and BOM to measure and inspect each material of the first-piece board to ensure that the components attached to the production model are consistent with the engineering drawings and BOM.
SMT first-piece test: Refer to Bom and gerber data to measure and test each material of the first-piece board to ensure that the components attached to the production model are completely in line with the customer's requirements and prevent the defective products flow into the next process.
DIP process inspection: Before the DIP process, it will train and explain the attention points of the plug-in with direction or pin special components, and arrange the quality inspection staff to carry out uninterrupted inspection during the DIP process to ensure the quality of the DIP.
QA shipment inspection: According to each product craft guide and each post guide, all production processes are spot-checked to ensure that the package is shipped after passing the test.
9 inspection steps are strictly controlled:
A.IQC incoming inspection
Purpose of inspection: to prevent the bad process caused by defective materials on the line, and delay delivery
Inspection standards: IPC610 inspection standard, AQL sampling standard.
Inspection equipment: 60x optical microscope, electronic bridge
B.SPI solder paste inspection
Purpose of inspection: Early detection of the previous process operation flow out to the next process
Inspection standard: 3D detection + statistical analysis of data
Inspection equipment: KY8080, KY8030XS
C.Online AOI testing
Purpose of inspection: Check whether the products produced are faulty or not, and the defective materials flow out of the next process.
D.SMT first piece detection
Inspection purpose: to ensure that the components attached to the production model are completely in line with the customer's assembly drawing and bill of materials, and prevent the defective flow into the next process.
Inspection standard: Refer to Bom and craft documentation to measure and test each material of the first-piece board.

E.IPQC product inspection
Purpose of inspection: random inspection of all production processes, whether it is consistent with the operation instructions
Inspection standard: each product craft guide and each post guide
F.Offline AOI detection
Inspection purpose: Check the PCBA of the surface mount that has been soldered for the faulty,leakage,reverse, virtual, connection
Inspection equipment: ALD515
G.X-RAY-welding inspection
Inspection purpose: to detect the solder joints of the invisible parts of the naked eye, to avoid the short circuit of the virtual welding from flowing out to the next process
Inspection equipment: SS-VIEW 2000
H.QC manual inspection
Refer to the standard IPC-610 inspection standard to inspect the finished board to ensure 99.98% of good products are shipped.
I.QA shipment inspection
Standardize shipment inspection of finished products to prevent unqualified products from being shipped, 40 times magnifying glass, microscope
