Prototype pcb assembly shipping packaging requirements?

Before the prototype pcb assembly is shipped, special prototype pcb assembly packaging is required to prevent damage during transportation and to ensure that the PCBA board that is ultimately delivered to the customer is intact. 1.Anti-moisture requirements

Before the packaging, the surface of the prototype pcb assembly should be cleaned and dried, and the three anti-paints should be sprayed. The packaging site should be cleaned, and the temperature and humidity should meet the relevant regulations of PCBA.

2.Anti-electrostatic packaging

Static electricity has always been a big killer for chips in prototype pcb assembly boards. Due to the invisible, intangible, and easy-to-generate characteristics of static electricity, many chips are broken down by static electricity. When packaging PCBA, anti-static packaging must be performed. Anti-static packaging materials are: bubble bags, pearl cotton, electrostatic bags and vacuum bags.

Antistatic bag placement requirements:

Face one side of the device as far as possible, not over to 2 pcs PCBAs.

3.Anti-vibration packaging

Placing the packaged prototype pcb assembly board in a box with anti-static effect, place it vertically, stack it no more than two layers, and place a partition in the middle to keep it fixed to prevent shaking.

After the PCBA packaging is completed, the corresponding marks such as light, upward, and moisture proof are printed on the outside of the package.
