Use local metal shielding to solve key EMI problems
In addition to using metal shielding from modular components to reduce electromagnetic interference noise caused by high-frequency and high-speed components, another important source of electronic wave interference is the PCB circuit board itself, which must be developed by system developers. In the initial stage, various design problems that suppress the occurrence of electromagnetic interference sources can be performed in advance, or passive components and auxiliary design measures can be used to improve the electromagnetic interference problem of the product. In the electronic system, in addition to the high-frequency operation of key components, electromagnetic interference may occur. Another source of electromagnetic interference is the poor design of the printed circuit board itself, which makes the electromagnetic interference problem tend to deteriorate. Development products must be designed to reduce the potential electromagnetic interference effects for different design needs.
Usually, the PCB design work needs to rely on the development experience accumulated by the system designer for many years, or use the sophisticated verification model system to perform the software first before the product development, such as the casing frame structure, carrier board, component characteristics, power supply configuration and other parameters. Parametric simulation analysis, try to confirm the possible influence state of electromagnetic interference problem before investing in R&D resources, and then carry out the detailed appearance, mechanism, circuit or component reconfiguration, and reduce the possible cause of electromagnetic interference problem to lowest.
