In addition, the metal-based patch type also has high specification reliability and flatness.
(2) The heat pipe has good heat dissipation characteristics: because the metal material patch type immediately touches the semi-dry solid sheet, it has high quality heat pipe heat dissipation characteristics. The SMT patch processing is carried out with a metal material patch type. The metal material patch type can have a heat pipe heat dissipation effect during production and processing. The heat pipe heat dissipation work ability lies in the thickness and thickness of the metal material patch type and the thickness of the resin layer. Naturally, in addition to fully considering the heat dissipation characteristics of the heat pipe, the characteristics of electrical equipment, such as electrical and compressive strength, should also be fully considered.
(3) Shielding electromagnetic induction: In high-frequency electronic circuits, avoiding radiation sources of electromagnetic induction has always been the concern of interior designers. The use of metal-based patch can be used as a shielding board with shielding The effect of electromagnetic induction.

2. Structural ceramics for electronic devices: Porcelain for electronic devices is one of the basic raw materials of microelectronic devices, which has the following advantages:
(1) New packaging materials for large-scale integrated circuit chips and new-performance insulating ceramics for high-frequency insulating layers;
(2) It can replace imported new microwave heating porcelain and electrode capacitor porcelain and ferroelectric porcelain for ceramic capacitors;
